Cancellation Policy
In order to hold your reservation, a valid credit card or cash deposit will be held.
Durango Rafting Company follows a 24 hour cancellation policy, wherein reservations
may be cancelled before 24 hours prior to the trip time and date with no penalty.
Reservations that are not cancelled within the 24 hour period will be charged fifty percent
of the entire balance due based on the size of the party. Cancellation fees are allocated to cover the cost of providing staff and guides for the reserved trips, which will be paid even though parties cancel last minute or fail to show without notice. Durango Rafting Company reserves the right to cancel raft trips for any reason, and parties who provided a deposit
will be compensated if this occurs.
